The Project Management Office (PMO) initiates and coordinates the build of the Active products sold by the Sales team. Completing the build ensuring quality work, profitability and compliance, whilst ensuring client engagement and satisfaction is the core objectives.


To achieve these goals, the PMO team need to focus on its communication and its performance of its suppliers and contractors as well as internal internal performances and processes.


The PMO Team is part of the Solutions Delivery Department, managed by Andrew McMeekin.  Below lists the distributed accountabilities of this team, describing what that accountabilities entail and the designated owner of these functions.
