Exempt persons under Division 1 of the General Exemption Order 2022 are required to submit an annual report to the Commission by 31 March each year. This report, which must follow the Commission’s prescribed format, should include the following details:
- The supply facility providing electricity to the embedded network.
- The number and types of customers:
- For embedded networks, this includes residential, small commercial/retail, and large customers connected to the network and receiving electricity as of 1 January of that year.
- For the VD8 retail activity, the number of customers purchasing electricity and the number of electric vehicles charged.
- Information on meters within the embedded network, including the number, types, and ownership of the meters.
